Meet Dr Emily – Gentle, Trusted, and Experienced Care.
Dr Emily brings a kind, calming presence and a wealth of experience to The Aesthetic Smile Collective. A graduate of King’s College London, she earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2005 and was awarded the prestigious Rowe Prize for Restorative Dentistry. She moved with Dr James, to Australia in 2008.
With 25 years of experience, including time spent working alongside Dr James in the UK and regional Queensland, Dr Emily has helped patients with complex dental needs regain confidence in their smiles. Her gentle approach, attentive listening, and deep commitment to building trust make her especially skilled at supporting anxious patients. She truly understands the power of a caring conversation and the importance of feeling heard.
Dr Emily is passionate about looking after the whole family, and she places a special emphasis on creating positive dental experiences for children—setting them up for a lifetime of good oral health.
She continues to expand her knowledge through advanced professional development with previous training including Neuromuscular, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Dentistry, implant restoration, ceramic and composite veneers, crowns and bridges and clear aligners for teeth straightening. As a member of the Australian Dental Association, Dr Emily stays at the forefront of modern dental care.
Outside the clinic, Dr Emily enjoys spending time with her and Dr James’s two sons, and staying active with CrossFit training.
